Advocates for Youth  and its partners direct this observance. The 2020 theme announced by Advocates for Youth is "Young People to the Front: Ending the HIV Epidemic in America #OurHIVPlan #NYHAAD". NYHAAD educates the public about the impact of HIV/AIDS on youth and highlights the work youth do to strengthen the fight against the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
